I've been so crazy busy and have been a bad Nsync fan of late.  I've been so entranced with crafting lately that this journal has been very neglected.  *pets poor journal*  I'm going to attempt to do JC month this year..with hopes of breathing new life into it.

So I've been in a HUGE JC mood lately. Watching old JC videos, looking at JC pictures, I even read some old JC stories that I haven't read in AGES. I miss this boy like there's no tomorrow. I'm having a JC CRAVING!!!! We need new music, we need him on our TV's, we need to hear him on the radio doing funny interviews. I need to call in and tell him to never go away for this long again!!!!! *le sigh* I feel like a friend who's moved away and never bothered to write or call again. COME BACK JC!!!!

Well another year has passed.  JC is now 31 years old.  I no longer feel the age difference between us as much as I used to. 

Over the years JC has, with his personality and music, made me smile, laugh and shake my head at his craziness.  His lyrics are sometimes a little quirky (ok maybe a LOT of the time) but somehow I understand them.  I connect with the feelings, I feel the music in my soul and his voice makes me swoon.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JC!  I hope this year brings you all the success you so richly deserve.  I will always be a fan, no matter what.  I'm listening and although not always patiently, await even more music from you!  I hope this day brings you much happiness and joy! :D

Ok..I know I've royally sucked on getting these done ON TIME, but at least I did them.  Otherwise there would probably be little posts from me this month.  It's amazing I actually got them done at all, given my schedules and busy life.

So again we hear rumours that JIVE has once again shelved JC's newest CD and subsequent singles.  (look to JJB or friends list).  I'm (as I'm sure most of you) totally frustrated with this bullshit. 

Anyhoo..in my anger..I wrote a poem and decided to post it for JC month as a bonus.  I haven't written a poem in AGES so be kind! :D

Waiting for your music

waiting for the songs you sing
heart pounding to the drums you beat
in my ears the keys do ring
taking my soul to its sweet retreat

the more I hear the more I want
moving my body to the sound
the words of desire they taunt
the meaning my heart has found

pounding through my head
those words that I repeat
funny and strange when read
sung from your lips, oh so sweet

pick me up throw me around
in your musical world so intense
your music has me complete wound
only to those who know does it all make sense

ready to grab that drink and roll
ill be waiting for it all to happen again
knowing it will make me lose control
